From outsourcing to product mindset
Nowadays outsourcing companies operate rather chaotic. Departments and teams play ping pong and think narrow. Business calls for income. "PM" think of reports, schedule, resources, copy pasting messages in slack.
QA breaks elegant software and catch bugs. Developers play new technologies and frameworks and fix fucking bugs. Sales manipulate clients pains by discounts, promise non existent functionality and sell fake.
Who cares about customer needs?
Does anybody in the team think of solving customer problem and take away his business pain?
We make a product that meets market needs or just sell number of code lines for high rates?
