Short Talk
ITEM:
What difficult experience has taught you the most about your job?
Vitaliy Zarubitskiy
42 DM was one of the first Ukrainian companies, which started to provide outsourcing digital marketing services to US-based clients. The main challenge was to find custom approach to each project. As a marketing guy I know how important to create and convey the value to the customer. Together with our team we managed to break the ice between business and cultural gap without concrete cases. And now, having this experience we can share the knowledge how to gain the result even if you are No Name company.

In the world of IT, where do you see Ukraine?
Vitaliy Zarubitskiy
I noticed the growing trend of product industry. Outsourcing market became more and more oversaturated. We have great examples as Grammarly, Readdle, Depositphotos etc. They could be a real benchmark for young growing companies in Ukraine.
I believe in nearest future there appears sufficient number of "newborn stars" who will rock the IT world market.

Why do you support ITEM conference and help with program and content of this event?
Vitaliy Zarubitskiy
Moderating business stream previous year I found ITEM as a vital unit, which helps to grow the IT Community in Ukraine. I like the idea of erased borders between professionals from all over the world who can share their best practices in order to create the value of outsourcing and product development industries. I do believe that suchlike events contributes the improvement of Ukraine's image in IT worldwide field.
